The Trebbiano is foot-trodden and the must is then fermented in little cement vats without any selected yeast, according to ancient methods. After two years the wine is hand-bottled without being filtered. The wine is slightly golden-hued with notes of yellow fruits and nuts.

Dark, ruby colored wine comes from the organic vineyards of this fine estate in Atri. Firm, ripe tannins add grip to this tense but strikingly complex wine.

The organic Montepulciano grapes that produce this wine are sourced from two separate vineyards: Popoli and Capestrano. Bright ruby-red in color, this youthful red offers explosive aromas of blueberries, cherries, licorice, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with plentiful acidity and a pleasant finish.
